Improved Pilot Symbol-Assisted Estimation of Integer Frequency Offset for OFDM
This paper deals with a simple way of estimating the integer frequency offset (IFO) of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system. By modifying the conventional maximum likelihood (ML) estimator to have two-stage estimation strategy, the IFO estimator is derived.
