Firstly, on the basis of the dimensions of customer participation and service innovation, I put forward 19 hypotheses and establish the model of the relationship between commercial bank service innovation and customer satisfaction based on the customer participation. Then under the background of commercial banks in China, according to the dimensions I select 23 measure indexes to make the questionnaire survey. This article is mainly aiming at the bank customers for questionnaires, and analyzes systematically and verifies the model based on the data obtained by using factor, correlation and multiple linear regression analysis. 摘要

商业银行服务创新在经济发展中的作用日益扩大。而服务创新的根本目的是通过创造新的服务来满足顾客的基本需求,激发顾客的潜在需求,因此在这一背景下,服务创新与顾客满意的关系就显得尤为重要。首先,在客户参与与服务创新维度的基础上,提出了19个假设,建立了基于客户参与的商业银行服务创新与客户满意度关系模型。然后以中国商业银行为背景,根据维度选取23个衡量指标进行问卷调查。本文主要针对银行客户进行问卷调查,利用因子分析、相关分析和多元线性回归分析所获得的数据,对模型进行系统分析和验证。最后,针对商业银行的现状提出了相关的决策建议。
