摘要

在对小学教师培训进行实证分析的基础上,针对新乌克兰学校在教师人才培养制度方面所面临的挑战,提出了相应的对策。结论。根据新乌克兰学校的原则,概述了小学教师培训方法系统发展的初步步骤,需要进一步的实验验证,新课程内容的开发,NUS概念实施的第一步经验的综合。这些步骤应包括对小学教育的方法论课程进行改革,并提供一门有助于熟悉现代教学技术的综合课程。
