摘要

:设计了室内实验,旨在评价不同孵育期对带小实蝇发育的影响。在8℃和50% rh条件下,对相同龄期的幼虫进行1 ~ 15 d的冷孵育,计算冷孵育后完成生命周期的时间,以确定影响带绒小圆虫存活的最冷时期。结果表明,与正常完成生活期的对照相比,除处理第9天产生了约一半的种群外,其余各处理期均未影响冷处理昆虫的生活期,而13-15天的处理使完成生活期的昆虫种群存活率最高。
