The study belonged to qualitative research. Objects of the study consisted of the texts of motivating sentences written by the teenagers. Data cellection was done through documentation of the students’ writings related to motivating sentences. Method of the data analysis was carried out through descriptive technique and a content analysis was applied to examine the data collected.
