摘要

针对危险化学品运输方案评价指标复杂、难以合理评价运输方案的问题,从储存、车辆性能、人员因素、运输路线与环境、管理等五个方面,分析确定了危险化学品运输评价指标体系。将灰色系统理论与层次分析法(AHP)相结合,采用灰色层次分析法(GAHP)建立了运输方案评价模型,最后通过运输实例对模型进行了验证,结果表明该模型能较准确地反映运输方案的优劣,可应用于危险化学品运输方案评价。
