In this study employee performance is influenced by employee integrity and professionalism. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of integrity and professionalism on employee performance in the digital era. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study was conducted in the Bungo Regency Regional Secretariat Office, Jambi Province. The study population was all employees at the Bungo Regency Regional Secretariat Office, Jambi Province. The research sample of 104 respondents was calculated using the Slovin formula. Data in this study were analyzed with regression test formula.
