摘要

提出了一种配电网节能潜力评价和改造投资规划的新方法。ESP评价由样本的微观分析和全网的宏观统计两部分组成。首先,分别对9种改造措施下选择的馈线ESP进行了评价;然后,采用匹配积分法对各给料机进行综合ESP评估;最后,根据所选馈线的ESP分类和全网模拟处理特点,通过加权比例法得到全网ESP。算例表明,该方法有助于理解配电系统的降损空间和改造需求。
