摘要
在对Fairplay、Global Integrated Shipping Information System等已建立并广泛应用的典型船舶数据库进行分析的基础上,提出了船舶安全数据库的集成理论框架设计。本文首先分析了船舶安全数据库的数据需求和性能需求。然后完成了系统的功能设计。最后用E-R图描述了数据库的概念结构模型。
Design on the framework of the ship safety database
