The results showed that the level of knowledge and ability of early childhood education teachers in delivering career guidance services may be described in five areas: (1) needs assessment: analyzing student needs for guidance and counseling services; (2) program development: preparing the guidance and counseling service programs; (3) selecting methods/techniques/strategies: creating the most prospective guidance and counseling methods/techniques/strategies and conducting step by step of guidance activities based on selected method; (4)  content development: designing guidance and counseling materials; and (5) accountability: evaluating the guidance and counseling service activities. Howeverm the adequate level of knowledge and ability at expert level was not found in any of these areas, adequate level of knowledge and ability at moderate level was found in areas (3) and (4), while inadequate level of knowledge and ability at novice level was in areas (1), (2), and (5). 摘要

教师提供职业指导的知识水平和能力对儿童的自我发展过程有很大的影响,特别是在职业定位和职业成就方面。因此,本研究旨在确定幼儿教育教师在学前儿童职业指导方面的知识和能力。采用描述性方法,采用观察法和自我报告问卷,从印度尼西亚万丹市雪朗市的12名幼儿教师中收集数据。结果表明,幼儿教育教师提供职业指导服务的知识水平和能力水平可以从五个方面来描述:(1)需求评估:分析学生对指导和咨询服务的需求;(2)方案制定:制定指导咨询服务方案;(3)选择方法/技术/策略:创造最具前瞻性的指导和咨询方法/技术/策略,并根据所选择的方法逐步开展指导活动;(4)内容开发:设计指导咨询材料;(5)问责:对指导咨询服务活动进行评价。然而,在这些领域中没有发现专家水平的知识和能力水平,在(3)和(4)领域中发现了中等水平的知识和能力水平,而在(1),(2)和(5)领域中发现了新手水平的知识和能力水平不足。因此,政策制定者,学校校长,幼儿教育工作者或儿童咨询师应该更加关注这些问题。
