REGIONAL DIFFERENCES IN TECHNICAL EFFICIENCY OF INDONESIAN OIL PALM SMALLHOLDERS
The paper compares technical efficiencies and technological gap ratios for oil palm
smallholders in islands/regions of Indonesia. A stochastic metafrontier model was applied to
