摘要

从理论上研究了两个量子点发光二极管(qdled)通过闭环或开环互耦系统延迟耦合的混沌同步。而同步混沌系统在光反馈作用下的动力学与未耦合的混沌系统相同。在一定的耦合参数条件下,实现了完全同步。我们用混沌同步残差图的方法评价了具有外部光反馈的QDLED的混沌范围,并讨论了最佳耦合强度范围的相干性。通过适当的耦合参数条件和评估方法,使发射端和接收端实现了满意的同步
