This study uses a descriptive approach with the explanatory survey method. The unit of analysis for Paid TV’s Customer is 108 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is using a simple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for Windows program tools. Based on the results of the study, it can be known that the switching barrier has a partial effect on the customer loyalty with a high influence category. 摘要

本研究旨在描述印尼付费电视的转换障碍和客户忠诚度。本研究采用描述性研究方法和解释性调查法。付费电视客户的分析单位是108名受访者。使用问卷收集数据。数据分析技术是使用简单的线性回归与SPSS 24.0的Windows程序工具。根据研究结果可知,转换障碍对高影响类别的顾客忠诚度有部分影响。本研究的不同之处在于研究对象、研究时间、测量工具、使用的文献、使用的理论和研究结果。关键词:顾客忠诚;付费电视;转换障碍
