摘要
本研究的目的是研究管理层所有权、机构所有权、公司成长性、流动性和盈利能力对2015-2017年印尼证券交易所65家制造业公司价值的影响。抽样技术采用经典假设检验和多元线性回归分析，并借助于SPSS 22 for windows。分析结果表明:管理层持股和盈利能力影响公司价值，而机构持股、公司成长性和流动性不影响公司价值。
THE EFFECT OF MANAGERIAL OWNERSHIP, INSTITUTIONAL OWNERSHIP, COMPANY GROWTH, LIQUIDITY, AND PROFITABILITY ON COMPANY VALUE
