摘要

这项工作致力于解决民事保护领域的一项实际科学任务,即开发一种方法,用于探测关键基础设施因火灾而发生紧急情况的焦点迹象,目的是进一步开发一种方法,防止乌克兰关键基础设施发生恐怖主义紧急情况。为了实现既定目标,有必要:对进行全面实验的程序进行描述和规划,以确定关键基础设施发生火灾后紧急情况的焦点迹象;确定用于测量关键基础设施因火灾引起的紧急情况焦点标志的设备要求;确定关键基础设施火灾紧急情况震源信号检测方法算法形成的一般条件;就在重建因关键基础设施发生火灾而导致的紧急情况期间可能使用收到的信息提出建议。这项工作是以前为管理受保护的乌克兰关键基础设施对象的恐怖主义性质紧急情况制定结构、逻辑和数学模型的工作循环的延续,旨在制定和不断实施确保该对象安全的组织和技术性质的程序。因此,对电阻测量结果的解释必须伴随着对建筑物(场所)的体积规划决策、空气交换条件、火灾紧急情况中心的火灾负荷分布等细节的分析。烟尘研究结果可作为技术检验的一部分,重构关键基础设施火灾应急情况发生发展的过程。关键词:紧急情况,关键基础设施对象,技术,震源标志,热损伤

METHOD OF DETECTING CENTRAL SIGNS OF EMERGENCY SITUATION DUE TO FIRE AT CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES
