Dradjat Prawiranegara. The population in this study were nurses with non-civil servant status or nurses with voluntary labor status (TKS) who were still working at RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara. 摘要
本研究的目的是研究薪酬对员工绩效的影响,薪酬对工作满意度的影响,工作满意度对员工绩效的影响,工作安置对工作满意度的影响,在RSUD博士。本研究的人群为仍在RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara工作的非公务员身份护士或自愿劳动身份(TKS)护士。样本数根据所使用的4个变量的指标个数乘以5确定,所有指标的总和为20 × 5,样本总数为100名受访者,抽样方法采用非随机抽样技术,因为人口和样本已经确定,即Non- pns护士。本研究结果表明:薪酬对员工绩效有显著影响,薪酬对工作满意度有显著影响,工作满意度对员工绩效有显著影响,工作安置对工作满意度有显著影响,工作安置对员工绩效有显著影响。
