摘要
PT. XYZ是印度尼西亚的一家塑料注射公司,员工退休或辞职时知识流失的可能性很高。因此,需要对企业的知识保留策略进行评估,并开发知识管理系统。采用David DeLong提出的组织知识保留框架对知识管理体系进行评价,采用Amrit Tiwana提出的十步知识管理路线图方法设计知识管理体系模型。通过完善的KRS和KMS设计模型,PT. XYZ可以克服因员工退休或辞职而丢失知识的问题。
