: This study aimed to identify the Viability of rural health organizations in one of the villages of Buhaira Governorate, to identify the relationship of some organizational and social factors to the organizational Viability of rural health organizations, and to identify the degree of benefit from the various health services provided by rural health organizations and their relationship to some personal and social factors for the beneficiaries of health services. Provided by these health organizations, identify strategies to increase the degree of Viability of rural health organizations, and provide suggestions and recommendations in this regard.
