The type of research adopted was the exploratory-descriptive. For the investigation of the present research, the employed approach was the case study. The development of the BSC methodology was split in 5 stages. The first one presented the management tools, mainly with the use of data obtained through primary sources. Following this, there was a description of the requirements for the utilization of the BSC. The third stage defined the development of the BSC methodology. In the fourth stage, the objectives of the institution were detailed. Last but not least, the fifth stage presented the strategic map. Based on data analysis, there was also a dimensioning of the current status of the institution management. 摘要

本研究旨在找出平衡计分卡(BSC)在马托格罗索州私立高等教育机构中作为管理支持工具的一些特性。所采用的研究类型是探索性描述。对于本研究的调查,采用的方法是个案研究。平衡计分卡方法的发展分为5个阶段。第一部分介绍了管理工具,主要使用通过主要来源获得的数据。在此之后,对平衡记分卡的使用要求进行了描述。第三阶段定义了平衡计分卡方法的发展。第四阶段,详细阐述了机构的目标。最后但并非最不重要的是,第五阶段是战略地图。在数据分析的基础上,还对机构管理的现状进行了量纲化。结果表明,被调查个体对平衡计分卡方法论有部分的了解,因为构成平衡计分卡概念的各个方面虽然被认为是重要的,但大多数人并没有付诸实践。
