摘要

摘要:本研究的主要目的是推导创业学习对创业意向的正向影响、创业动机对创业意向的影响以及创业学习和创业动机对创业意向的综合影响。本研究采用万隆市职业教育学院的一组学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法,样本量为107人。本研究结果发现,创业学习对创业意向的影响属于强类别,动机动机对创业意向的影响属于强类别,创业学习和创业动机对创业意向的影响属于强类别。(本研究发现,如果创业学习的画面有效,则会增加学生创业的意向。)学生创业的高动机会产生较高的创业意向。此外,如果创业学习是有效的,再加上较高的创业动机,学生创业的意向会增加。
