It is aimed to find out how well Round Robin Technique in improving students’ speaking learning process method to solve the problems faced by the students. This research conducted at the Tenth Grade Students of SMAIT Al Fityan. Through observation checklist and field note, the students’ action was observed and reflected in each cycle. From the process of this study, the finding shows that there were good impacts toward students’ speaking. Most of students were interested and enthusiastic in the teaching and learning process. Based on the observation in the implementation of Round Robin technique, it showed that encouraging students to be active in sharing their ideas through Round Robin technique was able to improve students’ ability in speaking. In addition, this technique also helped the students to enlarge their vocabulary by opening dictionary, discussing together with group or asking to the teacher. The result of this research showed that the students’ activeness in participation of each cycle has improved during their discussion and performance of speaking learning process. 摘要

本研究是一项课堂行动研究。本文旨在探讨轮转教学法在提高学生口语学习过程中的作用,以解决学生面临的问题。本研究是在菲提安小学十年级学生中进行的。通过观察清单和现场笔记,观察和反映每个周期学生的行动。从本研究的过程来看,研究发现对学生的口语有良好的影响。大多数学生对教学过程充满兴趣和热情。通过对循环式教学法实施过程的观察,发现通过循环式教学法鼓励学生积极分享自己的想法能够提高学生的口语能力。此外,通过打开词典、小组讨论或向老师提问等方式,帮助学生扩大词汇量。研究结果表明,学生在口语学习过程的讨论和表现中,每个循环的参与积极性都有所提高。因此,循环式教学法可以在教学过程中帮助教师,因为这种方法鼓励学生主动学习。关键词:口语,圆袍技巧,课堂行动研究
