First of all, the multiple wavelet method is adopted to cut down the noise, and the differential algorithm is used to wipe off the decaying DC component whereas to magnify high frequency components. Then the amount of frequency components of the signal and its parameters values are estimated by improved Prony algorithm. Finally, the electric power parameter optimization model is set up based on these estimate, and the PSO algorithm is used to solve the model.
