In this paper the load varying nature and irradiance varying nature analysis is also done with both SPWM and SVPWM techniques. The output from varying nature affects more on PV system. 摘要

本文利用matlab软件对静止光伏系统进行了仿真和建模。为了获得更好的系统整体效果,采用SPWM和SVPWM方法,利用MPPT技术对光伏系统的性能进行了观察。采用增量电感法从光伏系统的P-V特性中提取最大功率。光伏系统的输出是可变的,因此为了使其恒定,使用了一个de-de - cuk转换器来获得固定的输出电压。再将去噪变换器的输出送入三相逆变器,采用SPWM和SVPWM技术进行控制。本文还分别用SPWM和SVPWM技术进行了载荷变异性和辐照度变异性分析。不同性质的输出对光伏系统的影响较大。因此本文借助matlab对变化的性质进行了一定程度上的不影响。
