摘要

锥形光纤与半导体激光器的耦合应用具有很大的实用价值。基于几何光学原理,分析了锥形区域的光束整形效应。利用ZEMAX软件建立了半导体激光器与锥形光纤的耦合模型。探讨了源与锥形光纤端部工作距离的不同对耦合效率的影响,以及锥形光纤端部直径的变化。通过实际实验对结果进行了验证。
