The method used in this research is experimental, with a pretest–posttest one group design approach. A purposive sampling technique with inclusion criteria was used in selecting subjects. The total subjects were 30 male futsal players with an average (age of 18.18 ± 2.11 years, height of 168.20 ± 5.32 cm, weight of 60.49 ± 4.23 kg, and fat of 10.19 ± 1.65 %). Data were analyzed using the SPSS version 22 application with a significance level of p <0.05. The results showed that speed training carried out for 10 weeks significantly impacted aerobic Capacity (p=0.005) and agility (p=0.008). While for the vertical jump and 20-meter sprint, there was an increase, but not significant. 摘要
高强度和良好的加速速度是五人制足球球队的明显优势,因此本研究的目的是确定速度训练对西爪哇五人制足球运动员身体表现的影响。本研究采用实验方法,采用前测后测一组设计方法。采用纳入标准的有目的抽样技术选择研究对象。研究对象为男子五人制足球运动员30名,平均年龄18.18±2.11岁,身高168.20±5.32 cm,体重60.49±4.23 kg,脂肪率10.19±1.65%。数据分析采用SPSS version 22应用程序,显著性水平p <0.05。结果显示,进行10周的速度训练显著影响有氧能力(p=0.005)和敏捷性(p=0.008)。而在垂直跳远和20米短跑中,有增加,但不明显。因此,本研究的发现可以作为教练和运动员进行速度基本成分训练的建议,以帮助他们正确地发挥身体机能。
