摘要

本研究采用二维相关光谱法(2D-COS)结合衰减全反射中红外光谱法(ATR-MIR)对掺入不同水平带鱼糜的鲢鱼糜进行定量分类。利用不同鱼糜样品二维相关光谱之间的欧几里德距离(ED)和相关系数(CC)进行分析。结果表明,在带鱼鱼糜中掺入不同水平(5%、10%、20%、40%、60%、80%)的鲢鱼鱼糜均能正确分类。由此可见,2D-COS结合ATR-MIR光谱在鱼糜掺假分类中具有一定的潜力。
