The effect of the deposition time (t) on the structure and magnetic properties has been investigated. The Ni-rich nanocomposition is detected when t <;30 min. The atomic ratio of Ni to Co is approaching to 1:1 when t increases to 60 min. In addition, NiCo-doped ZnO nanorods show typical superparamagnetic properties when t <; 30 min, while the ferromagnetic properties is more obvious when t increases to 60 min. The saturation magnetization (Ms) of the ZnO-CoNi nanocomposite is about 95 emu/g which is smaller than that of bulk Ni50Co50.
