The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection methods are by distributing questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The population in this study are consumers who have consumed Casim Coffee. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique. The method used in this research is descriptive method, Fishbein, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
