Tian","doi":"10.1109/ICCA.2010.5524433","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Studying the infrared spectrum absorption characters of SO<inf>2</inf> and CO<inf>2</inf> in middle infrared region, we have found that the band which CO<inf>2</inf> effects the measure result of SO2, and mathematical model is established which is to erase the cross disturbance of CO<inf>2</inf>. The O<inf>2</inf> concentration detection device of single light-four detectors is designed to measure the concentrations of SO<inf>2</inf> and CO<inf>2</inf> respectively by two pairs of light filters and detectors. Fitting curve equation between SO<inf>2</inf> and CO<inf>2</inf> are gained by experiment data fusion. This method overcomes deficiency of single measure method, erasing the influence of CO<inf>2</inf> on SO<inf>2</inf> measure precision efficiently.
