摘要

本文针对我国变压器油和铅酸蓄电池降解的主要问题,建立了一种通用的评价方法。通过开发通用评价分类收集系统,实时监测油桶位置和油液位置,实现变压器油和铅酸蓄电池的集中管理,分担危险废物鉴定成本。实践证明,该方法可以评估分类方法,使再生更准确,更彻底地去除油中的活性自由基和老化分子,电池的精确修复达到85%以上。
