First, this paper proposes an evaluation model consist of different information from two aspects to describe modules and products based on their lifecycle scenario. Second, the formulas are established to express the relationships between factors. Then use the triangle fuzzy functions to transform the qualitative evaluation into quantitative evaluation, so that it is easy to be analyzed. The weight and evaluation value calculating methods are given.
