摘要

如何对模块划分结果进行评估是模块化设计的关键问题,特别是从产品生命周期的角度进行评估。首先,基于模块和产品的生命周期场景,提出了由两个方面的不同信息组成的评估模型来描述模块和产品。其次,建立了表达各因素之间关系的公式。然后利用三角模糊函数将定性评价转化为定量评价,便于分析。给出了权重和评价值的计算方法。最后,以轮式装载机工作装置系统为例进行了算例分析,结果表明该模型和计算方法是可行和有效的。
