摘要

为了提高自润滑球面滑动轴承的质量,提出了一种制造自润滑球面滑动轴承的双向颈成形新工艺。采用参数化有限元法对轴承外圈毛坯形状进行优化,使轴承颈成形过程中的颈缩力最小。设计了双向缩口模,并进行了缩口实验。结果表明,双向颈部成形工艺可以成功地生产出球面滑动轴承,避免了单向颈部成形工艺在成品轴承中产生的缺陷。轴承的形状优化方法可以显著降低颈颈成形过程中的颈颈力。
