The experiment was carried out in the Sítio Salobra community, Missão Velha (CE), in 2018. The materials (yellow and gray) were obtained from Nova Olinda mining company, ground and analyzed in a UFC laboratory. The materials were applied in bean cover (Vigna unguiculata L. Walp.), sweet potato (Ipomoea potatoes), cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) and pine cone (Annona squamosa, L.), in different dosages. The results obtained were submitted to regression analysis and the means of treatments were compared by Tukey test at 5% significance. Two materials meet the requirements of Normative Instruction No. 35 of July 4, 2006, of MAPA, as regards PN, sum% CaO +% MgO and PRNT. As for PRNT, in Class D with PRNT above 90.1%, the best response rates were: beans 200 g yellow powder, sweet potato and cassava 50 g yellow powder and pine cone 330 g gray powder.
