Antioxidant activity test results showed that ethanol extract of beluntas’s leaves had IC50 value of 37,25 ppm. 摘要

抗氧化剂是一种能给自由基一个或多个电子的化合物,可以阻断自由基的反应。白莲属植物(Pluchea indica L.)是一种潜在的抗氧化剂。本研究的目的是测定白刺叶乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性。采用DPPH(2,2 -二苯基-1-苦酰肼)法测定抗氧化活性。用乙醇浸泡白龙鱼叶干粉。用紫外-可见分光光度法测定所得乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性,得到IC-50值。抗氧化活性试验结果表明,白刺叶乙醇提取物的IC50值分别为37,25 ppm。因此,它具有很强的抗氧化活性。
