The structural model analysis that measure the effect of work environment on job performanceshowedt value and regression coefficient are 4.78 and 0.64 respectively. Analysis result of the effect of employee engagement on job performance, obtained t value and regression coefficient are 5.39 and 0.75 respectively. 摘要

本研究的目的是考察印尼雅加达省五星级酒店公关员工的工作环境和员工敬业度对工作绩效的影响。从对100名客户的初步调查中衡量客户对绩效的看法表明,34%的受访者认为这些员工的绩效仍然很差,需要改进。本研究采用结构方程建模作为分析工具。观察到的变量是工作环境(6个指标)和员工敬业度(34个指标)作为外生变量,工作绩效(15个指标)作为内生变量。测量工作环境对工作绩效影响的结构模型分析的豪威特值和回归系数分别为4.78和0.64。对员工敬业度对工作绩效影响的分析结果,得到t值为5.39,回归系数为0.75。R²值为0.565,表明工作环境和员工敬业度共同对印尼雅加达省五星级酒店公关人员的工作绩效有积极显著的提升作用。
