A total of 195 samples and questionnaires were used for data collection, while SMART-PLS 3.0 was used to test the hypothesis. The findings of this research show that the industry environment has a positive and significant influence on market orientation and business performance. Contrarily, market orientation has no significant influence on the business performance, as well as on the relationship between business environment and performance. 摘要

本研究旨在检验外部环境对中小旅游企业经营绩效的影响,以及市场导向在行业环境与中小旅游企业经营绩效关系中的中介作用。共使用195份样本和问卷进行数据收集,采用SMART-PLS 3.0进行假设检验。研究结果表明,行业环境对市场导向和企业绩效具有显著的正向影响。相反,市场导向对企业绩效没有显著影响,对企业环境与绩效的关系也没有显著影响。这意味着东帝汶中小企业旅游业通过合理利用现有资源来应对产业环境的动态变化,从而提高了企业的经营绩效。
