The purpose is to analyze available data on system and market behavior. For after-war development and energy security objectives in terms of energy sanctions, we have to look for all available resources to never get back on russian oil&gas needle. One of the lowest hanging fruits is available consumer resource, which can be harvested with demand response and demand side management mechanisms.
