The new FrenchTech eco-system, strongly supported by the French government, is enhancing this trend. Against this backdrop, we examined the important organizational, technological and individual concerns of IT employees in France. The three topmost organizational IT issues are: Revenue generating IT innovations, security and privacy, and project management. The top-three technology issues are: Business intelligence and analytics, customer relationship management systems, and mobile and wireless systems.
