摘要
介绍了一种1.8 V集成单电感双输出升压变换器。该转换器采用时复用控制,仅使用一个1 /spl μ l /H的片外电感提供两个独立的电源电压。可以很容易地扩展拓扑结构以提供多个输出。该变换器采用标准的0.5 /spl μ m CMOS n阱工艺制造。在振荡器频率为1mhz时,总输出功率为350mw时,转换效率达到88%。
