In researching this direction, the author relies on the main characteristics of the quality that education must correspond to. Attention is focused on what should be the criteria in solving the problem of education quality. It is concluded that the teacher today has lost the role of a person transferring knowledge, who acts by authoritarian or totalitarian methods, trying to give as much factual information as possible. A teacher today is a mentor who guides and organises educational and upbringing work with students at school. 本文对现代学校教育质量管理体系进行了研究。在这一方向的研究中,笔者依托了教育必须对应的素质的主要特征。解决教育质量问题的标准是什么,是人们关注的焦点。结论是,今天的教师已经失去了传递知识的角色,他们以专制或极权的方式行事,试图提供尽可能多的事实信息。今天的老师是一个导师,在学校里指导和组织学生的教育和成长工作。因此,教育质量的目标是满足公众对形成一种随时准备积极应对社会环境的永久变化和当今教育面临的挑战的个性的需求。
