The study explores the mechanism of action of visfatin and its potential therapeutic effects on glucose metabolism, insulin sensitivity, and cardiovascular health. This study integrates pertinent research investigations, clinical experiments, and animal models to assess the effectiveness and safety of visfatin as a therapeutic alternative for these interrelated ailments.
