This paper presents an architecture and circuit design for low power 2K/4K rate RCC(range-controlled communication) chip for waking up and configuring the 2.4G RF chip. The signal is transmitted by the low frequency electromagnetic field, which attenuation rapidly with the distance increase. Three-stage programmable gain amplifiers are used to amplify signals.
