摘要

本文采用阈值检验方法,基于经济发展水平、研发水平和人力资本对区域吸收能力进行测度。结果表明,国内生产总值、人均国内生产总值和高等教育发展水平具有单一的门槛。研发投入具有双门槛和双密度特征。人力资本存量存在三重门槛。吸收能力超过一定阈值后,中国部分地区对外直接投资技术创新的效果将显著提高。少数东部沿海地区能够有效吸收OFDI的技术创新效应。绝大多数中西部地区仍未跨越吸收能力的高门槛。
