The indicator weights were assigned through the classic entropy weight method, and the topsis (approximate ideal solution sorting method) was used to calculate and rank the operation performance indicators of 6 urban rail transit. The obstacle degree model theory was used to analyze the indicators that affect the urban rail transit operation performance.
