The research is conducted by applying quantitative method and involving 57 apparatuses as the population and samples. The data are collected through techniques of questionnaire, interview, and documentation while the data analysis encompasses analysis of quantitative, classical assumption, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation as well as multiple regression. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test employs SPSS program. The research finding evidences that the bureaucratic transformational leadership and organizational culture in public sector impact the performance of State Civil Apparatus. 摘要

本研究旨在发现:1)官僚转型型领导对国家民用机器绩效的影响;2)公共部门组织文化对国家民用机器绩效的影响;3)官僚转型型领导和公共部门组织文化对国家民用机器绩效的影响。本研究采用定量方法,共使用了57台仪器作为总体和样本。本研究采用问卷调查法、访谈法和文献法进行数据收集,数据分析包括定量分析、经典假设分析、正态性分析、多重共线性分析、异方差分析、自相关分析和多元回归分析。同时,假设检验采用SPSS程序。研究发现,公共部门的官僚变革型领导和组织文化对国家民事机构绩效有影响。此外,这一发现对于加强公共部门的官僚变革型领导和组织文化对国家民事机构的绩效做出巨大贡献具有重要意义。
