A model was proposed in which bioclimatic strategies were applied such as the use of rammed earth in walls since it has physical, thermal, acoustic, structural and economic properties, as well as the use of solar panels for energy savings, louvers, patios for lighting and ventilation of spaces, sloping roofs to withstand rain and wind, all of which help us to obtain the comfort of the users in the project.
