The noise limit known as sound power level value can be determined based on the sound pressure level measurement in the anechoic room based on ISO3745:2012. In this measurement, the sound power level of a vacuum cleaner reaches up to 101.32 dB(A). That is because the vacuum cleaner measured is more than three years old. Meanwhile, the sound power level of new vacuum cleaners on the market ranges from 65 dB(A) to 90 dB(A). However, the important thing that can be taken from this case is that it is necessary to know the noise level of household appliances before they are marketed.
