Through questionnaire survey, an empirical research was conducted, which showed that the interactive content, interactive platform and interactive behavior had significant impact on continuous learning willingness for online courses. For interactive content, quality characteristics has a greater impact than systematic design. For interactive platform, technical support has a greater impact than interface design. For interactive behavior, the level of learner-teacher interaction has a greater impact than that of learner-learner interaction and learner-platform interaction. Learning experience plays a mediating role.
