摘要

本文提出利用定子电流的高分辨率频谱分析对电机轴承故障进行早期故障诊断。虽然大多数研究工作集中在机械振动分析上,但我们工作的独创性依赖于使用高分辨率方法来检测定子电流的调制。本文给出了对人工制造的内外滚道轴承缺陷和现场老化获得的轴承缺陷进行检测的实际数据结果。结果表明,该方法的检测效果优于传统的光谱分析方法。

Bearing Fault Diagnosis in Induction Machine Based on Current Analysis Using High-Resolution Technique
