Approximately one hour every day is spent engaging with and observing digital screens. Children are interacting with screens more frequently every day as virtual learning approaches are adopted more frequently in classrooms. Even while screen time is a necessary part of life at home and at school, keeping track of how much time your child spends using screens is crucial for their general development.
